Atsuki Kitada（以下「開発者」）は、iOS アプリ「まるまるペンギン」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。開発者が利用者の情報を受け取ることはありません。
2. 端末内に保存する情報
習慣の名前・目標・記録した日付、および表示設定は、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存されます。これらの情報が開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
3. 第三者への提供・外部サービス
本アプリは、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングなどの外部サービスを使用していません。利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
4. 情報の削除
本アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存された情報はすべて削除されます。習慣ごとの削除はアプリ内の「設定」から行えます。
5. お子さまの利用
本アプリは情報を収集しないため、お子さまを含むすべての方に安心してお使いいただけます。

Chubby Penguin Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Atsuki Kitada ("the developer") handles information in the iOS app Chubby Penguin ("the app").
1. Information we collect
The app does not collect any personal information. The developer never receives your data.
2. Information stored on your device
Your habit names, goals, check-in dates and display settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to the developer or to any third-party server.
3. Third parties
The app does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking services, and does not share your information with third parties.
4. Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. You can also delete individual habits in the app's Settings.
5. Children
Because the app collects no information, it is safe for people of all ages, including children.
